Standard Practice & Qualifying Expeditions
We run each of our Practice and Qualifying Expeditions over three days and two nights, with both containing a full days training and familiarization session at the beginning.
Taking place in a variety of locations, our fully licensed, friendly and experienced instructors will be there to support and guide the teams.
During your walk, teams will be remotely supervised and offered further instruction until they are confident that the teams are fully ready to be independent. They will then be monitored remotely purely for safety purposes. On arriving back at camp, our leaders will supervise the camping and cooking arrangement and each team will be de-briefed by their leader.
Groups are remotely supervised and assessed by our qualified DofE Assessor to allow them to safely complete their expedition. After the expedition the Assessor with debrief all groups
