Do you have a location in mind? Want to lean where you ride? Contact us to discuss running these courses at a location for you choosing. Alternatively, we have a variety of locations we can use such as; Wareham Forest, Purbecks and Moors valley.

Do you have your own bike? Want to learn on it? That’s fine! We are able to run these courses using your bike providing they are serviceable and meet our requirements. If you would like to use your own bike please contact us prior so that we can obtain some details about your ride, or possibly arrange a quick inspection before the course.

Don’t Have your own Ride? Not a issue! We have a fleet of 6 Carrera Valour 26” Hardtails. Perfect for the local trails.

One-To-One Coaching courses can be ran at times to suit you, for your desired session length. If you’re a bit shy and don’t want to learn in a group environment, want to practice a specific set of skills or you just want one of us all to your self! One-To-One Coaching is designed to suit you!

Introduction to Mountain Biking

Introduction to Mountain Biking Half Day Course

This half day course can be run either 10:00 – 12:30 or 13:30 – 16:30. During the course you will be taken through the basics of setting your bike to suit you, basic body position, breaking, gears and a short trip along nearby trails.


Introduction to Mountain Biking 1 Day Course

Introduction to Mountain Biking 1 Day Course

This course runs 10:00 – 16:30 (or can be spread over two halve days). In this course you will be taken through all of the items listed in the ½ day course plus; riding skills on more technical Terrain, and an introduction to skills for downhill riding.

This course runs 10:00 – 16:30 both days. Skills learned will be the same as on the 1 day course, however the extra day will be ran at a different venue to the first day, giving you the experience of additional riding sites and a chance to see how these skills adapt to different trails.
